Thomas Hauser has recently purchased "International Track and Field" and would like to run realistic relays based on the four participants. The procedure and handover charts for the 4x100 and 4x400 relays were published in Terry's Replay Report back in Issue 15 Winter 1988/89 (is it really that long ago?). I have reproduced them below for Thomas, and anyone else who may be interested.
